개인정보처리방침

"The Manager Board"(이하 "본 앱")는 사용자의 개인정보 보호를 매우 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령(개인정보 보호법, 정보통신망법 등)을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 사용자의 어떤 정보가 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·파기되는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

본 앱은 광고 식별자(IDFA)나 위치정보를 수집하지 않으며, 어떠한 트래킹 SDK도 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 수집 및 이용 목적

회원 식별 및 로그인 유지
코칭 스태프 간 일정·선수단·부상 기록 공유 기능 제공
iCloud 동기화로 같은 Apple ID 사용자 기기 간 데이터 일관성 유지
서비스 운영상의 장애 대응 및 보안

3. 보관 기간

회원 정보: 계정이 활성 상태인 동안
회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시: 즉시 영구 삭제 (소속 팀 데이터 포함)
관련 법령에 따라 보관이 요구되는 경우 해당 기간 동안만 보관

4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

본 앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 통해 데이터를 처리합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

개인정보 열람·정정 요구: 앱 내 "선수 관리 / 일정 / 계정 설정" 화면에서 직접 가능
처리 정지·삭제 요구: 앱 내 "계정 삭제" 메뉴를 통해 즉시 가능
위 요청이 어려운 경우 문의처(아래)로 연락

6. 계정 삭제 절차

앱 실행 → 일정 또는 선수 화면 → 코칭스태프 공유(👥) 아이콘 → 계정 관리 → "계정 삭제"
2단계 확인 후 재인증 (Apple/Google/이메일)
본인 소유 팀의 모든 데이터 영구 삭제
참여만 한 팀에서는 멤버 목록에서 본인만 제거
Firebase 인증 계정 영구 삭제

7. 안전성 확보 조치

전송 구간 TLS 1.2+ 암호화
Firestore 보안 규칙으로 접근 권한 제한 (멤버/역할 기반)
저장 시 Google의 디스크 암호화 적용

8. 아동 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 별도로 운영하지 않으며, 미성년자 선수 정보를 코치가 등록할 경우 보호자의 동의를 받은 범위 내에서만 사용할 것을 권고합니다.

9. 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경될 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지의 시행일 갱신을 통해 안내합니다. 중요한 변경은 최소 7일 전에 사전 고지합니다.

"The Manager Board" ("the App") takes user privacy seriously and complies with applicable laws (Korea PIPA, GDPR principles, Apple App Store guidelines). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it is stored or deleted.

1. Data We Collect

2. Purpose of Use

Account identification and persistent sign-in
Coaching-staff sharing of schedule, roster, and injury records
iCloud sync for consistent data across the same Apple ID's devices
Service operations: incident response and security

3. Retention

Account info: while account is active
On account deletion: erased immediately (including teams you own)
Where required by law, kept only for that mandated period

5. Your Rights

Erasure: in-app "Delete Account" menu

6. How to Delete Your Account

Open the app → Schedule or Players → tap the 👥 coaching-staff icon → Account → "Delete Account"
Confirm and re-authenticate (Apple/Google/Email)
Teams you own and all their content are permanently erased
For teams you joined only, you are removed from the member list
Your Firebase Auth account is permanently deleted

7. Security

TLS 1.2+ in transit
Firestore security rules restrict access by membership and role
Google disk encryption at rest

8. Children

We do not separately offer accounts for users under 14. If coaches register data about minor players, they should do so only within the scope of guardian consent.

9. Changes

We will notify users of material changes through the app or by updating the effective date on this page at least 7 days before any major change takes effect.
